目的探讨心钠素(atrialnatriuretic polypeptide,ANP)、腺苷酸脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)及干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)联合检测在鉴别良、恶性胸腔积液中的价值。方法选取116例胸腔积液患者,结核性49例,恶性67例,检测其胸腔积液中ANP、ADA及IFN-γ的含量。结果单独检测ANP诊断恶性胸腔积液的敏感性及特异性为80.6%和87.76%;ADA诊断恶性胸腔积液的敏感性和特异性为76.12%和91.84%;IFN-γ诊断恶性胸腔积液的敏感性及特异性为91.04%和95.92%,联合三者诊断恶性胸腔积液的敏感性及特异性为97.01%和97.96%。结论联合检测ANP、ADA及IFN-γ可提高对恶性胸腔积液诊断的敏感性及特异性。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP), adenosine deaminase (ADA) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusions value. Methods 116 patients with pleural effusion, 49 cases of tuberculosis, 67 cases of malignant, pleural effusion in the detection of ANP, ADA and IFN-γ content. Results The sensitivity and specificity of ANP in the diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion were 80.6% and 87.76% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of ADA in the diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion were 76.12% and 91.84%. The diagnostic value of IFN-γ in malignant pleural effusion The sensitivity and specificity were 91.04% and 95.92%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion were 97.01% and 97.96%. Conclusion Combined detection of ANP, ADA and IFN-γ can improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion.
