民族地区旅游产业的发展是建立在民族文化生态的基础之上的,本文以武陵山区旅游产业为例,分析了影响其发展的文化生态要素以及旅游产业的发展规律。发现武陵山区的旅游产业发展存在企业文化建设缺失、民族文化与现代文化冲突、旅游产业管理机构不健全的问题。提出民族地区需加强旅游企业创新制度的改革,通过整合文化保持旅游产业的可持续发展,成立旅游行业自管机构提升从业人员质量,完善旅游配套设施建设推动旅游产业发展的策略。
The development of the tourism industry in ethnic areas is based on the national cultural ecology. This paper takes the tourism industry in Wuling Mountain as an example to analyze the cultural and ecological factors that affect its development and the law of development of the tourism industry. It is found that the development of tourism industry in Wuling Mountain Region has such problems as the lack of corporate culture construction, the conflict between national culture and modern culture and the unsound management of tourism industry. It is suggested that the reform of the innovation system of tourism enterprises should be strengthened in ethnic areas, and the sustainable development of tourism industry should be consolidated to establish a self-governing body in the tourism industry to improve the quality of employees and improve the tourism facilities to promote the development of tourism industry.
