公务卡结算制度,是以国库集中支付制度为基础,属于一种新型公务业务结算管理制度,具备财务管理和银行信用卡授信消费特征。本文结合本地区实际,阐述本地公务卡制度改革基本情况,分析公务卡制度改革的重要意义,并诊断其存在问题,最后尝试提出完善公务卡结算方式的建议,推进预算单位公务卡结算制度改革。
Business card settlement system, based on centralized treasury payment system, belongs to a new type of business settlement management system, with financial management and bank credit card credit consumption characteristics. Based on the actual situation in our region, this essay elaborates the basic situation of local business card system reform, analyzes the significance of public service card system reform and diagnoses the existing problems. At last, it proposes to perfect the settlement method of business card and promote the reform of business card settlement system in budgetary unit.
