以豆磷酯为乳化剂的胰岛素乳剂通过鼻腔给药对大鼠血糖的影响。选择20U/鼠,8U/鼠和2U/鼠三个剂量进行试验,用邻甲苯胺法测定给药前后各时间的血糖浓度。以空白乳作对照,并与静脉注射胰岛素水溶液8U/鼠、皮下注射胰岛素水溶液8U/鼠和鼻腔给胰岛素水溶液8U/鼠进行比较。结果是鼻腔给药乳剂2U/鼠最大血糖下降百分率为75.9%,乳剂8U/鼠为80.2%,水溶液8U/鼠为57.6%,静脉给药8U/鼠为81.5%,皮下给药8U/鼠为58.1%,而鼻腔给乳剂2U/鼠降血糖作用不明显。
Effect of Insulin Emulsion with Bean Phospholipid as Emulsifier on Blood Glucose in Rats by Nasal Administration. Select 20U / mouse, 8U / mouse and 2U / mouse three doses were tested by o-toluidine method for determination of blood glucose levels before and after administration. Blank control was used and compared with intravenous administration of 8U / mouse insulin solution, subcutaneous injection of insulin solution 8U / mouse and nasal insulin solution 8U / mouse. As a result, the maximum blood glucose level of nasal administration of 2U / mouse was decreased by 75.9%, that of emulsion 8U / mouse was 80.2%, that of aqueous solution of 8U / mouse was 57.6%, that of intravenous administration of 8U / mouse was 81.5% and that of subcutaneous administration of 8U / 58.1%, while the nasal emulsion 2U / mouse hypoglycemic effect is not obvious.
