通过水培试验和大田试验,研究了低硼胁迫下对不同基因型油菜叶片膜透性的改变和不同基因型油菜品种体内营养元素吸收平衡的关系。结果表明:低硼胁迫下,不同基因型油菜叶片膜透性增加,各品种间有差异。在低硼胁迫时,植株体内正常的养分平衡受到破坏,但耐低硼胁迫的油菜品种中油821(V_1)具有较高的硼吸收能力,在维持体内正常的养分平衡方面优于敏感的油菜品种。
The effects of low boron stress on the membrane permeability of leaves of rape cultivars (Brassica napus L.) and the balance of nutrient absorption in different genotypes of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) were studied by hydroponics and field experiments. The results showed that under low boron stress, the membrane permeability of different genotype rape leaves increased, there was a difference between the varieties. Under low boron stress, the normal nutrient balance in plants was damaged. However, Zhongyou 821 (V_1), a Rapeseed cultivar with low boron tolerance, had higher boron uptake capacity than the susceptible rape cultivars in maintaining the normal nutrient balance in the body .
