受国家经委委托并由机械部设计研究总院和上海市经委节能办共同负责组织的供热系统节能试点工作,机械部是以《工厂供热系统节能技术》课题下达的。该项工作由机械部第二设计研究院和上海电缆厂、上海汽水厂共同承担,并分别在这两厂进行。课题要求通过锅炉余热回收、燃烧调节控制、改进管网及用热设备保温措施,并通过改进疏水阀系统装置、回收凝结水、设置仪表计量装置等措施,来提高供热系统效率,使其在原年耗煤指标的基础上节煤10%。在各有关领导单位的支持下,各承担单位共同努力,终于完成了上述任务。上海电缆厂供热系统热能利用率已由改造前的16.72%提高到21.55%,净提高4.83%;上海汽水厂则由28.17%到32.1%,
Under the entrustment of the State Economic Commission, the Ministry of Machinery Design and Research Institute and the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economic Affairs and Energy Conservation are jointly responsible for the energy-saving pilot project of the heating system. The Ministry of Machinery is issued under the topic of “The Energy Saving Technology of the Factory Heating System”. This work was jointly undertaken by the Second Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery, the Shanghai Cable Factory, and the Shanghai Beverage Factory, and was carried out in these two plants. The subject requires the use of boiler waste heat recovery, combustion regulation and control, improvement of pipe network and heat insulation measures for heating equipment, and improvement of the efficiency of the heating system by improving the trap system installation, recycling condensed water, and setting up metering devices. The annual coal consumption index is based on coal saving of 10%. With the support of the relevant leading units, the joint efforts of all undertaking units have finally completed the above tasks. The utilization rate of heat energy in the heating system of Shanghai Cable Factory has been increased from 16.72% before transformation to 21.55% with a net increase of 4.83%; from 28.17% to 32.1% for Shanghai Steam Water Works,
