In many cases, the amplitude enhancement is associated with high-porosity, gas-saturated sandstone (A. O Dashyev, M. P. Hubot, 1975). There is also evidence that the anomalous amplitude is related to the hydrocarbon saturation zone, lignite interbed, hard silt, limestone or conglomerate. In order to understand the general geologic regularity of the regional structure and analyze the reason for the amplitude anomaly based on this, the drilling data must be used to supplement the seismic exploration data.
