本文从研究性学习理论入手,针对我国疾病预防控制机构实验室技术培训的特殊性,对建立以需求为导向、以效果为目的的“研究性培训”进行了思考和阐述。
Starting with the research-based learning theory, this essay is based on the particularity of laboratory training in disease prevention and control institutions in our country, and makes a reflection and elaboration on the establishment of “research training” which is demand-oriented and effectiveness-oriented.
