目的探讨盐酸伊托必利临床常用剂量对大鼠酸性反流性食管炎模型的作用。方法采用不完全结扎幽门+食管下括约肌切开术制备大鼠酸性反流性食管炎模型,观察盐酸伊托必利临床常用剂量对大鼠酸性反流性食管炎模型小肠推进及食管黏膜病理形态的影响。结果盐酸伊托必利能明显提高酸性反流性食管炎模型大鼠的小肠推进功能,明显减轻模型大鼠食管黏膜的损伤。结论盐酸伊托必利临床常用剂量对大鼠酸性反流性食管炎模型有明显的治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of itoprime hydrochloride clinically used dose on acid reflux esophagitis in rats. Methods The model of acid reflux esophagitis was established by incomplete laminectomy plus esophageal sphincterotomy. The effect of itoprazole hydrochloride clinically used dose on small intestine and pathological changes of esophageal mucosa in rats with acidic reflux esophagitis Impact. Results Itopride hydrochloride could significantly promote small intestine propulsion in acid reflux esophagitis model rats and significantly reduce the damage of esophageal mucosa in model rats. Conclusion The commonly used dose of Itopride hydrochloride has a significant therapeutic effect on the model of acid reflux esophagitis in rats.
