春耕生产是关系到全年农作物丰收的重要关键。为了这个目的.农民必须具备充沛的精力与健壮的体质。同时还需要注意劳动卫生、食品卫生、防病治病。只有这样,才能保障身体健康,投入春耕生产,争取夺得全年丰收。在春耕时期应注重以下几点:1.劳动时间不宜过长,工间要适当歇息,避免过度劳累而造成体质亏损。2.一日三餐要按时进食,适当增加营养,上午与下午劳动中间最好吃些点心。3.按时入睡,每日至少保持6小时睡眠时间,以消除疲劳,养精蓄锐。4.衣服要根据天气而随时增减.劳动中出汗时尽量不脱或少脱衣服。5.下雨天要穿戴防雨衣帽,不宜长时淋雨劳动,以防止湿气渗入体内而致病。6.进行水田劳动,四肢不宜在水中浸泡时间过长。
