6月下旬,总部基地(中国)控股集团董事会主席许为平在英国驻华使馆宣布,将投资10亿英镑在伦敦建“亚洲商务港”。与此同时,中国规模最大的商业地产企业之一大连万达集团也宣布,将投资近7亿英镑在伦敦核心区建设超五星级万达酒店。从表面上看,似乎整个地产行业雄心勃勃。
In late June, Xu Weiping, chairman of the board of directors of HQ (China) Holding Group, announced at the British Embassy in China that it will invest 1 billion pounds in establishing “Asia Business Hub” in London. Meanwhile, Dalian Wanda Group, one of China’s largest commercial real estate companies, also announced that it will invest nearly 700 million pounds in the construction of a super five-star Wanda hotel in the heart of London. On the surface, it seems that the real estate industry is ambitious.
