本文首先从技术风险、道德风险及客观会计风险三个方面,分析了企业财务会计风险的表现形式及原因。随后,针对财务会计风险的形成原因,从提高财务会计人员的职业素养、落实财务预算管理、强化成本核算与控制、建立严厉的惩罚措施等方面,论述了新形势下企业财务会计风险管理的措施。
