一、绪言圆周等分在我们机器制造工厂中,是经常碰到问题,如果标准齿轮的周节允许偏差为0.004毫米,周节积累误差0.01毫米;又如标准分度板要求:相邻齿距偏差为0.003毫米,周节积累误差为0.008毫米。其他如剃齿刀,插齿刀和花鍵量规等,齿距等分要求都比较高,周节积累误差都0.01毫米左右。象这样高的要求,如何保证测量精度,又能考虑到一定的工作效率,就是一个(?)复杂的问题了。今把我厂试用过的几种测量方法,和实际工作中的一些体会,介绍于后,供大家参考研究。二、几种测量方法
