一般资料 患者尹,男,63岁。因突然出现持续性胸痛,气短,伴大汗淋漓,随即来院就诊,心电图示急性前壁心肌梗塞,于当日收住院。查体:体温35.8℃,脉搏96次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压13/8kPa,患者神志清,精神差,呼吸稍急促,口唇轻度紫绀,心律规整,心音低钝,腹软,肝脾未触及,实验室检查:红细胞计数4.5×10~(12)/L,血红蛋白140g/L,血小板计数150×10~9/L,出血时间2min,凝血时间4min,大、小便常规检查均正常,给予持续心电监
