用双管显微镜测量工件表面粗糙度时,需要把测得的读数换算成H_(cp)值,再决定其粗糙度等级。由于仪器有四种物镜,其放大倍数不一样,所以在换算时有些麻烦,而且如果换算是用计算尺或笔算进行的,都比较费时间。目镜千分尺读数与H_(cp)值之间的关系,对应于不同放大倍数,有四个比例系数,记住了这四个系数,也可用心算求出H_(cp)值。为了减小计算麻烦,这里特介绍一张速算图表,可以减少计算错误,提高工作效率。图的绘制方法如下:令横轴代表目镜千分尺上读得的波峰波谷平均高度的读数m;纵轴代表该表面的H_(cp)值,并按四种不同的
