性别歧视是劳动力市场普遍存在的现象,然而以往劳动力市场性别歧视的研究更多关注种族、地域、年龄等劳动者的个人特征带来的影响,较少考虑企业、工会等组织特征给性别歧视造成的影响。本文主要通过对国内外已有的性别歧视研究的思考,阐述企业特征、工会、女性对性别歧视的影响,并提出了几点规避劳动力市场性别歧视的建议。
Gender discrimination is a common phenomenon in the labor market. However, the previous studies on gender discrimination in the labor market pay more attention to the influence of the personal characteristics of workers such as race, region and age, and less consider the organizational characteristics of enterprises and trade unions, which result in gender discrimination Impact. This paper mainly elaborates the influence of the characteristics of enterprises, trade unions and women on gender discrimination through the reflection on the existing research on gender discrimination at home and abroad, and puts forward some suggestions to avoid gender discrimination in the labor market.
