目的:对云南狗牙花进行体内外抗炎活性研究。方法:采用体外和体外两组模型对云南狗牙花中的单体化合物及其水提取物、30%乙醇提取物、60%乙醇提取物、90%乙醇提取物进行研究。除对照组外,试验药物组均灌胃给药,每天给药1次,连续给药7天,观察云南狗牙花水、乙醇提取物及九个单体化合物的抗炎效果。结果:小鼠单核巨噬细胞实验表明,云南狗牙花的乙醇提取物及九个单体化合物均有一定的抗炎作用,其中以90%乙醇提取物作用最强,IC50为18.37μg/ml;二甲苯致耳肿胀实验、毛细血管通透性实验及大鼠足肿胀的实验结果表明,云南狗牙花90%乙醇提取物200mg/kg给药抗炎活性优于对照组及其他比例乙醇提取物。结论:云南狗牙花具有一定的抗炎活性,其中90%乙醇提取物作用最强。
Objective: To study the in vitro and in vitro anti-inflammatory activity of Cynodon buds in Yunnan. Methods: Monomer compounds and their water extracts, 30% ethanol extract, 60% ethanol extract and 90% ethanol extract of C. canadensis were studied in vitro and in vitro. In addition to the control group, the experimental drug group were given intragastrically once a day for 7 consecutive days to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of the dogweed, the ethanol extract and the nine monomeric compounds of Yunnan Bupleurum. Results: The experiment of mouse mononuclear macrophage showed that the ethanol extract of Brachyura yunnanensis and nine monomeric compounds all had certain anti-inflammatory effects. Among them, 90% ethanol extract had the strongest effect with IC50 of 18.37 μg / ml. Experimental results on xylene-induced ear swelling, capillary permeability test and rat’s foot swelling showed that the anti-inflammatory activity of 90% ethanol extract of Yunnan dog tooth flower was superior to that of the control group and other proportions of ethanol Extract. Conclusion: Yunnan dog tooth flower has some anti-inflammatory activity, of which 90% ethanol extract strongest.
