根系好坏是鉴别秧苗素质的重要指标.本试验利用~(32)P 示踪法了解苗期不同温度下,辣椒苗定植后根系生长、施展范围及其吸收功能状况,从而鉴别培育壮苗的适宜温度,为蔬菜工厂化育苗技术标准化提供辣椒育苗的最适温度指标以及理论依据。材料与方法(一)供试材料1.上海甜椒;2.P-80型自动控温仪;3.放射源:NaH_2~(32)PO_4溶液,总强为25mci;4.无底双层圆柱筒(自制),直径为10、20、30cm 各一套;5.FH-408定标器一台。(二)育苗变温处理
