科学技术和我国社会主义现代化建设的发展,对人才的素质提出了更高的要求。四化建设要求我们培养的不是“应试秀才”,也不是“知识型”人才,而是“开拓型”人才。但课堂教学由于它的局限性,难以适应当今科学技术高度发展的要求。因此,在改革作为教育“第一渠道”的课堂教学的同时,开辟“第二渠道”是时代赋予我们的任务。几年来,对第二课堂活动的研究和探索,使我们深深地认识到:第二堂是培养人才不可缺少的重要渠道。
The development of science and technology and China’s socialist modernization put forward higher requirements for the quality of talents. The construction of the four modernizations requires that we not train “examine talents” or “knowledge” talents, but “exploration” talents. However, due to its limitations, classroom teaching is difficult to adapt to the high development requirements of today’s science and technology. Therefore, at the same time as reforming classroom teaching as the “first channel” for education, opening up the “second channel” is the task entrusted to us by the times. In the past few years, the research and exploration of the second classroom activity has deeply deepened our understanding that the second session is an indispensable and important channel for cultivating talents.
