在白车身焊接操作中,气动夹具以清洁、操作简单、成本低廉等诸多优点得到广泛应用。但由于人为疏忽或误操作经常发生焊点数量不达标的现象。为了确保焊点数量,提升焊接质量,必须对气动夹具进行电控改造。焊点数目经单片机记录后由数码管显示。当焊点数量未达到预期数值时,单片机通过控制两位五通阀使气动夹具不能在焊接途中被打开;而在焊点数量达到预设数值后,气动夹具才可以通过按钮开关被打开,释放工件,准备下一步操作。
