病例介绍 患儿 男,1岁10个月。主因间断发热5个月、多饮多尿1个月入院。查体体温波动在37～39℃。无头痛、多汗、恶心与面色异常的主诉。门诊查血白细胞16×10~9/L,中性0.38、异常淋巴细胞0.14。尿pH6.0,蛋白(++),红细胞0～3/HP,白细胞0～2/HP。无外伤史。生长发育正常,家族史中除祖母患高血压外无可记述。入院查体:体温38℃,心率140次,呼吸32次,右上肢血压32.0～30.0/24.0～
Case description Children male, 1 year old and 10 months. Mainly due to intermittent fever 5 months, drink more urine for 1 month hospitalization. Physical examination temperature fluctuations in the 37 ~ 39 ℃. No headache, sweating, nausea and abnormal facial expression.
