在大班的语言活动中,我总是希望孩子们都能上台来讲故事,可是每次举手上来的总是平时胆大会讲的那几个,不愿意上来讲的那几个孩子平时在语言课上也是很认真的在听讲呀?通过了解孩子们的想法,我发现原因有很多,有的怕讲着讲着忘记,有的觉得在集体面前表演难为情,有的害怕讲得不好别的小朋友会笑话。总的来说是对自信心不够,缺少一份自信和勇气。可是怎么样为他们提供必要、恰当的支持,引导他们运用有效的方法,突破“心理上的难关”呢?
