股份制商业银行的信贷业务有向大客户集中的趋向 ,其动因来源于商业银行为在市场竞争中扬长避短 ,实行规模化扩张的需要 ,追求利润最大化 ,但信贷集中会带来风险的相对集中 ,诱发行业间的不规范竞争行为 ,导致银行疏于信贷管理等。本文通过实际分析 ,提出监管部门应高度重视信贷集中的现象 ,引导股份制商业银行在信贷营销策略中规避风险。
The motive force of the credit business of joint-stock commercial banks tends to focus on large clients. The motivation comes from the commercial banks seeking the maximization of profits in order to avoid weaknesses in the market competition and implement large-scale expansion. However, the concentration of credit will bring relative concentration of risks, Induced non-standard competition among industries, leading banks to neglect credit management. Based on the actual analysis, this paper puts forward that regulators should attach great importance to the phenomenon of credit concentration and guide joint-stock commercial banks to avoid risks in the credit marketing strategy.
