目的研究侵袭性感染金黄色葡萄球菌分离株的毒力基因存在状况,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法收集杭州市余杭区中医院2013年2-7月20株金黄色葡萄球菌侵袭性感染临床分离株,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)的方法,分析共6大类94种毒力基因;并对毒力基因检测结果作菌株系统发育分析,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 20株侵袭性感染金黄色葡萄球菌中共检测到66种毒力基因:包括11种黏附毒素毒力基因、6种细胞毒素毒力基因、3种侵袭性酶毒力基因、12种超抗原毒力基因、32种外毒素毒力基因、2种荚膜抗原毒力基因;系统发育分析结果为20株金黄色葡萄球菌可分为A、B两个簇群,其中B簇群中的11、14号株和2、3、19号株可能为克隆播散。结论侵袭性感染金黄色葡萄球菌携带多种毒力基因,具有极强的侵袭性和定植能力,对人体致病性强,对金黄色葡萄球菌人体侵袭性感染分离株进行黏附毒素、细胞毒素、侵袭性酶、超抗原、外毒素、荚膜抗原等六大类94种毒力基因检测研究为国内首次。
Objective To study the existence of virulence genes in invasive Staphylococcus aureus isolates and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Twenty Staphylococcus aureus clinical isolates were collected from January to July 2013 in Yuhang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hangzhou City, and 94 virulence genes were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) The virulence gene test results for the phylogenetic analysis of strains, the data using SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results Totally 66 virulence genes were detected in 20 strains of Staphylococcus aureus including 11 virulence genes, 6 cytotoxic virulence genes, 3 invasive virulence genes and 12 superantigen virulence genes 32 exotoxin virulence genes and 2 capsular antigen virulence genes. The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that 20 strains of Staphylococcus aureus could be divided into A and B clusters, of which 11, Strains 14 and 2,3,19 may be cloned. Conclusions Inoculated Staphylococcus aureus carries a variety of virulence genes and has strong invasiveness and colonization ability. It has strong pathogenicity to human body. Staphylococcus aureus isolates of human agglutinate toxins, cytotoxins, 94 kinds of virulence genes of six major categories of invasive enzymes, superantigens, exotoxins, capsular antigens were detected for the first time in China.
