甲、公文手续方面:(一)提请任命工作人员,如无特别紧急情形概须备正式公文,开除名单并检附「干部履历表」及「呈请任命人员审查意见表」各一份报送中央人事部办理。(二)报请任命前如已向我部报有关干部履历表(系指一九五二年七月颁发的而言)者,可免重报,但必须附「呈请任命人员审查意见表」。(三)个别人员因公外出或其他原因,其「干部履历表」时不能填就而又确属急需发表者,可先将其籍贯、党派、民族、工作简历等几项调查确实后填于「呈请任命人员审查意见表」的备考栏内报送办理,但事后应尽速补送干部履历表。
