简述柱塞式挤出成型在超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)成型加工中的研究和应用现状,提出立式四柱塞UHMWPE挤出成型。建立几何模型,设定相应的物料参数和边界条件,利用有限元软件Polyflow对物料(UHMWPE)通过机筒段的熔融进行数值模拟分析,确定其加热温度和长度。
The research and application status of plunger extrusion molding in ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) molding are briefly described. Vertical four-plunger UHMWPE extrusion molding is proposed. The geometrical model was set up, and the corresponding material parameters and boundary conditions were set. The finite element software Polyflow was used to simulate the melting of UHMWPE through the barrel section to determine the heating temperature and length.
