随着教育改革的改革与发展,现代学徒制教育理念获得了广泛应用。在高职院校中采取现代学徒制人才培养模式,不仅可以满足人才培养的目标,同时也可以帮助学生更好的适应社会。基于此本文针对高职院校软件专业现代学徒制人才培养模式进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
With the reform and development of education reform, the concept of modern apprenticeship education has been widely used. The adoption of modern apprenticeship talent training model in higher vocational colleges not only meets the goal of talent cultivation, but also helps students to better adapt to the society. Based on this, a brief exposition of modern apprenticeship talents training mode for software major in higher vocational colleges is made, and some personal opinions are put forward for reference purposes only.
