针对日照沿海1994年建成的付疃河旧桥和小海河旧桥的服役环境条件进行分析,测试了桥梁混凝土结构的强度、保护层厚度、碳化深度和游离氯离子浓度。研究结果表明:桥梁混凝土保护层厚度不足是导致其耐久性损伤的一个重要原因。对于潮差区和浪溅区桥梁混凝土,氯离子渗透导致钢筋锈蚀是其破坏的主要原因。对于大气区桥梁混凝土,碳化是导致混凝土破坏的主要原因。
According to the service environment conditions of the Fukuihe Old Bridge and Xiaoxihe Old Bridge built on the coast of Rizhao in 1994, the strength of concrete, the thickness of protective layer, the depth of carbonation and the concentration of free chlorine ion were measured. The results show that the insufficient thickness of bridge concrete protective layer is one of the important causes of its durability damage. For the concrete in the tidal range and splash zone bridges, corrosion of steel bars caused by chloride ion penetration is the main reason for the damage. For the bridge concrete in the atmosphere, carbonation is the main reason for the concrete failure.
