生产作业过程中, 连续油管直径增长会引起与设备的不相容, 进而导致连续油管的严重机械损坏。根据试验数据和运用TableCurve3D 软件建立的连续油管直径增长预测模型, 不仅可以预测连续油管在各种压力和几何弯曲形状下的直径增长, 而且还可以评价当连续油管的外径、壁厚、材料品质、内压和弯曲半径发生相对小的变化时对直径增长的影响。这些分析将帮助用户在连续油管发生严重损坏之前, 提前诊断连续油管的直径增长, 并排除或减少引起直径增长的因素。
During production operations, coiled tubing diameter growth can cause incompatibility with equipment, resulting in severe mechanical damage to the coiled tubing. Based on the experimental data and the coiled tubing diameter growth prediction model established with TableCurve3D software, it is possible to predict not only the diameter growth of coiled tubing under various pressures and geometrically curved shapes, but also to evaluate the coiled tubing’s outer diameter, wall thickness, material quality , Internal pressure and bending radius of the relatively small changes in the diameter of the growth. These analyzes will help users diagnose coiled tubing diameter advancements in advance and eliminate or reduce the contributors to diameter growth prior to the coiled tubing being severely damaged.
