本文介绍一种应用于高精度薄壁腔体零件真空钎焊的精密焊接工作平板的结构设计与制造工艺。该工作平板采用耐热不锈钢薄板拼接框架与工作平板钎焊成型,通过控制焊接变形和表面精加工,其平面度达0.1mm。模拟和试验结果表明,精密焊接工作平板的单次热循环最大变形量小于0.05mm,满足腔体零件焊接使用要求,且可多次利用。 This paper introduces a kind of structure design and manufacturing process of precision welding work flat used in vacuum brazing of high precision thin wall cavity parts. The work of the plate with heat-resistant stainless steel sheet frame and the work of flat-panel welding brazing, welding deformation and control by the surface finish, the flatness of 0.1mm. The results of simulation and test show that the maximum deformation of the precision welding work plate is less than 0.05mm per single thermal cycle, which can meet the welding requirements of cavity parts and can be used many times.
