研究比较了松针褐斑病菌 (Lecanostictaacicola)两个致病毒素LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ的热稳定性、寄主专化性和最低有效浓度以及它们间的相互关系。LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ均具热稳定性 ,经沸水水浴加热 15min仍具活性。LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ不仅能伤害易感寄主植物湿地松、火炬松 ,对云南松、华山松、紫茎泽兰等也有伤害作用 ,说明LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ均为非寄主专化性毒素。LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ配成不同浓度溶液生测 ,显示LA Ⅰ对湿地松幼苗的最低有效浓度为 10 0 μg·mL- 1 ,LA Ⅱ的最低有效浓度为 5 0 0 μg·mL- 1 ,LA Ⅰ活性较LA Ⅱ的活性高 4~ 5倍。LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ混合液生测表明 ,2个活性物质对寄主植物的伤害作用没有明显的相互促进或相互抑制作用
The thermostability, host specificity and minimum effective concentration of two virulence factors LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ of Lecanosticta acicola and their correlations were studied. Both LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ are thermostable and still active after heated in boiling water bath for 15 min. LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ could not only damage the susceptible host plants, such as Pinus elliottii and Pinus taeda, but also damage to Pinus yunnanensis, Pinus armandii and Eupatorium adenophorum, indicating that both LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ are non-host specific toxins. LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ were dosed with different concentrations of solution, which showed that LA Ⅰ had the lowest effective concentration of 100 μg · mL -1 for Slash pine seedlings and the lowest effective concentration of LA Ⅱ was 500 μg · mL -1. LA Ⅰ activity than LA Ⅱ activity 4 to 5 times higher. The bioassay of the mixture of LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ showed that there was no obvious mutual promotion or mutual inhibition between the two active substances on the injurious host plants
