电网工程成本是指项目从立项、施工到竣工验收再到交付使用过程中产生的全部费用的总和,它不仅与工程内容有关,还受到建设地区经济发展程度、建设者技术管理水平等因素的影响,本文则着重从财务决算方面入手,探究电网工程成本缺乏控制、与概预决算严重不符等问题产生的原因和带来的影响,并提出加强成本管理的几点意见。
