目的 :研究脑损伤后血液及胃液生长激素变化的趋势 ,为颅脑损伤的营养护理模式提出依据。方法 :利用脑损伤动物模型观察伤后不同时间空腹和进食后血液及胃液生长激素的变化情况。结果 :脑损伤急性期生长激素含量明显增加 ,但这种作用会由于进食而被抵消 ,随着病情好转逐渐下降。生长激素急剧升高 ,提示消化道出血的可能。结论 :动态观察血液及胃液中生长激素的含量 ,对急性颅脑损伤的病情观察、并发症预防及营养护理有指导意义
OBJECTIVE: To study the trend of growth hormone in blood and gastric juice after brain injury, and to provide a basis for nutritional nursing model of brain injury. Methods: The animal models of brain injury were used to observe the changes of growth hormone in blood and gastric juice after fasting and feeding at different times. Results: The content of growth hormone increased significantly in acute stage of brain injury, but this effect was offset by eating, and gradually decreased as the condition improved. Rapid growth hormone, suggesting the possibility of gastrointestinal bleeding. Conclusion: The dynamic observation of the content of growth hormone in blood and gastric juice has the guiding significance for the observation of acute craniocerebral injury, prevention of complications and nutritional nursing
