应用微核试验方法测定了胃癌高发区长乐县的民用鱼露,结果表明鱼露具有明显致突变作用,并发现绿茶、维生素C、β胡萝卜素、大蒜素和香菇多糖对鱼露的致突变作用有显著抑制效果,为长乐县胃癌防治提供科学依据。
The micronucleus test method was used to measure the fish sauce in Changle County, a high-risk area of gastric cancer. The results showed that the fish sauce had obvious mutagenic effect, and the mutation of green tea, vitamin C, β-carotene, allicin and lentinan to fish sauce was found. The effect has a significant inhibitory effect, providing scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer in Changle County.
