目的研究医院胃镜消毒质量及其影响因素,确定胃镜消毒质量控制关键点。方法通过现场抽样检测和问卷调查方法,对辽宁省营口市部分医院胃镜室消毒现状进行了调查。结果本次共调查8所医院的胃镜室的64条胃镜,其消毒质量平均合格率为57.81%。胃镜室接诊量最高峰时间段,每位患者就诊耗时为16 min,就诊人数多和留给每位患者的时间过短,从而挤占了胃镜消毒处理时间。用毛刷刷洗胃镜和消毒剂浓度直接影响到胃镜消毒效果。结论胃镜门诊接诊病人数量和胃镜清洗工具以及消毒剂浓度是胃镜室消毒质量控制的关键点。
Objective To study the quality of hospital gastroscope disinfection and its influencing factors and determine the key points of quality control of gastroscope disinfection. Methods By means of field sampling and questionnaire survey, the disinfection status of gastroscope room in some hospitals in Yingkou City of Liaoning Province was investigated. Results A total of 64 gastroscopes in gastroscopy rooms in 8 hospitals were investigated. The average passing rate of disinfection quality was 57.81%. Gastroscopy room consultation peak amount of time, each patient treatment time was 16 min, the number of visits and left for each patient’s time is too short, thus squeezing the gastroscope disinfection time. Brush with a brush gastroscope and disinfectant concentration directly affects the gastroscope disinfection effect. Conclusion The number of endoscopy patients attending endoscopy and endoscopic cleaning tools and disinfectant concentrations are the key points in the quality control of gastroscope room disinfection.
