我公司拥有两条比较先进的煤炭装卸生产线,大小皮带机30余台,滚筒300余个.在设备润滑管理方面,一直是按照传统的润滑管理办法,严格执行润滑“五定”制度.近几年来,我们在润滑方面引用了性能优良的“倍力”润滑油添加剂,极大地改善了滚动轴承的润滑状况.如果仍按照原来的周期润滑,必然造成人力物力的浪费.另一方面,原润滑方法也存在注油量不易把握的问题.为此,我们试用上海华阳检测仪器有限公司生产的HBA-2型电脑轴承分析仪,跟踪检测滚动轴承的油膜厚度变化,总结出变化规律,结合油膜厚度与轴承使用寿命关系图,确定该油品合理的润滑周期,使轴承油膜厚度始终保持在6~7以上,处于良好的润滑状态.
