目的分析比较半坐位与仰卧位对测定婴幼儿肺功能数据的影响。方法选择2013年12月至2014年3月住院肺炎患儿46例,在患儿睡眠时分别采取2种体位进行潮气呼吸肺功能测定,46例仰卧位,其中有12例先按家长要求采取半坐位,潮气呼吸环密封为合格,收集数据并进行对比分析。结果半坐位时潮气呼吸环合格率明显低于仰卧位。结论仰卧位是最好的肺功能测定体位。当患儿处于仰卧位难以操作时,我们采用半坐位,虽费时较多,也能完成潮气呼吸肺功能测定。
Objective To analyze and compare the influence of semi-sitting position and supine position on the determination of pulmonary function data in infants. Methods Forty-six children with hospitalized pneumonia were enrolled in this study from December 2013 to March 2014. Twenty-two cases of supine respiration were performed in two positions during sleep, including 12 supine position Sitting, tidal breathing ring seal qualified, data collection and comparative analysis. Results half-sitting tidal breathing ring pass rate was significantly lower than supine position. Conclusion Supine position is the best lung function test position. When the child is in the supine position is difficult to operate, we use half-sitting, although more time-consuming, but also to complete the determination of moisture breathing lung function.
