目的 :观察在急性缺血性卒中早期应用兴奋性氨基酸 (EAAS)受体拮抗剂 Mg ,以阻止急性脑梗死造成的半暗区内神经细胞毒性物质对神经元的进一步损伤 ,提高患者的治愈率。方法 :入选发病在 2 4h以内入院的急性缺血性卒中患者 70例作为试验组 ,与对照组相比较 ,结果提示 :治疗时间窗内超早期应用 Mg 可有效地减轻脑缺血及神经功能损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the application of excitatory amino acid (EAAS) receptor antagonist Mg in the early stage of acute ischemic stroke to prevent further neuronal damage caused by neurotoxic substances in the penumbral area caused by acute cerebral infarction and to improve the cure rate . Methods: A total of 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted within 24 hours were enrolled as experimental group. Compared with the control group, the results showed that Mg could reduce cerebral ischemia and nerve damage effectively .
