春节过后,“用工荒”席卷了我国珠三角、长三角等一些沿海城市,尤其这些城市的劳动密集型中小企业。在临沂市,部分中小企业也遭遇了“用工荒”。与此同时,广大大中专毕业生与上世纪80、90年代出生的新生代农民工,却又碰到了“就业难”。近期,就如何解决“用工荒”与“就业难”碰撞问题,临沂市委农工办会同市人力资源和社会保障局,深入部分县区、乡镇、村居、企业、培训机构进行了调研,并形成理性看待“就业难”与“用工荒”问题、大力扶植本地企业发展规范企业用工等建议,有关部门也出台政策,着力解决“两难”。
