目的了解糖尿病患者的遵医行为。方法对35例患者进行问卷调查,计数资料以百分比统计。结果糖尿病患者对药物治疗、饮食、并发症预防的重要性认识不足,不能按医嘱正确实施,疾病出现反复时多数未立即就医。结论糖尿病患者对疾病遵医行为和正确认知态度不仅有个体和时间段坚持性的差异,社区卫生服务中应提供更客观,更符合个体需求的有效服务措施。
Objective To understand the compliance behavior of diabetic patients. Methods 35 patients were surveyed, count data as a percentage of statistics. Results Diabetes patients did not understand the importance of drug treatment, diet and complications prevention. They could not carry out correctly according to doctor’s advice. Most of the patients did not get medical treatment when the disease appeared repeatedly. Conclusion The behavior of patients with diabetes and the correct cognitive attitude not only persist in individual and time difference, community health services should provide more objective and more in line with individual needs and effective service measures.
