目的:优选复方补乌糖浆的微波提取工艺参数。方法:通过响应面分析法对复方补乌糖浆微波工艺参数进行优选。结果:加水量、提取时间、微波功率对补骨脂素得率具有显著性影响,其最佳提取工艺为加药材10倍量的水,在40%微波功率下提取26 min,补骨脂素得率达到极大值,该条件下补骨脂素得率的预测值为36.33%,验证值为36.38%。结论:与原提取工艺相比,优化的微波提取工艺简便、节能、提取率高且重现性好。
Objective: To optimize microwave extraction process parameters of Compound Buwuwu syrup. Methods: The microwave process parameters of compound Buwu syrup were optimized by response surface analysis. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the amount of water, extraction time and microwave power had significant effects on the yield of psoralen. The optimal extraction process was 10 times the amount of water added to the medicinal materials and extraction for 26 min at 40% The yield reached the maximum. Under this condition, the predicted value of psoralen yield was 36.33% and the validation value was 36.38%. Conclusion: Compared with the original extraction process, the optimized microwave extraction process is simple, energy saving, high extraction rate and good reproducibility.
