于1994年1-7月在加拿大贝德福(Bedford)海洋研究所进行粘土矿物(halloysite)对尖刺拟菱形藻(Psuedonitzschiapungensf.multiseries)生长和藻毒素软骨藻酸(DomoicAcid,下简称DA)生成的影响研究。在Gompertz菌类生长方程的基础上,建立了尖刺拟菱形藻生长速率模型,得到各实验条件下的藻细胞最大生长速率。结果表明,粘土矿物对藻细胞的“遮荫效应”可导致藻细胞最大生长速率的降低,其幅度随粘土矿物浓度的增加而加大。对软骨藻酸的影响研究发现,在实验浓度范围内,粘土矿物可以抑制软骨藻酸的生成,最大抑制率可达30%以上。
From January to July 1994, Hailysite was used to study the growth of Pseudonitzschia pungens f. Multiseries and the formation of Domoic Acid (DA) from alga toxins in the Bedford Marine Research Institute in Canada. Impact Study. Based on the Gompertz fungus growth equation, the growth rate model of A. pseudocortis was established and the maximum growth rate of algal cells under each experimental condition was obtained. The results show that the “shading effect” of clay minerals on algae cells can lead to the decrease of the maximum growth rate of algae cells, and the magnitude increases with the increase of clay mineral concentration. The study on the effect of domoic acid found that clay minerals can inhibit the generation of domoic acid in the experimental concentration range, the maximum inhibition rate can reach more than 30%.
