铸造设备课实践性强,涉及范围广,且目前课程学时少,给本课程教学工作带来不少困难,为解决这一问题,近几年来,我们逐步摸索出一些作法,主要表现在两个方面。其一是加强生产实习这一教学环节,完成部分设备课教学任务,对部分教学内容在课堂教学时不讲或少讲。例如各工部工艺流程,平面布置,运输设备,金属炉料配料设备,抛丸清理机(不含抛丸的)等。在课堂教学中用有较多时间讲解主要设备的原理,结构,参数
