目的通过分析消毒供应中心潜在风险因素,制定相应的管理对策,加强消毒供应中心人员的安全防范意识,降低和避免工作中的不安全因素。方法对本科室存在的潜在风险进行正确评估和分析,识别可能潜在的安全风险因素,通过加强人员培训,强化监督管理、加强岗位说明书、各项规章制度、工作标准落实等措施规避不安全因素。结果通过加强风险的分析管理,不只提高了工作人员学习的主动性,工作积极性,还能在质量管理的过程中自我把关,增加责任心,使质量缺陷降至最低。结论降低了安全风险隐患,保证了医疗护理工作质量和安全,在预防医院感染工作中起到了重要作用。 Objective To analyze the potential risk factors of disinfection and supply center, formulate corresponding management countermeasures, strengthen the awareness of safety precautions of disinfection supply center staff, and reduce and avoid the unsafe factors in the work. Methods Correctly evaluate and analyze potential risks in undergraduate departments, identify possible potential safety risk factors, and avoid unsafe factors by strengthening personnel training, strengthening supervision and management, strengthening job descriptions, various rules and regulations, and implementing work standards. Results By strengthening the risk analysis and management, not only improve the staff’s initiative and enthusiasm for learning, but also in the process of quality management self-checks to increase the sense of responsibility, so that quality defects to a minimum. Conclusions Reduce hidden dangers of safety risks, ensure the quality and safety of medical care work, and play an important role in preventing hospital infection.
