校园文化对学生的学习和成长都有着巨大的影响,构建健康、和谐的校园文化环境是每个学校都必须予以重视和关注的。高职院校作为现代高等教育的重要组成部分,必须要认真看待和重视校园文化建设,特别是校园亚文化方面,除了日常教育教学工作外,还应该加强校园亚文化建设,创造和谐、健康的校园文化氛围。鉴于此,本文就高职院校校园亚文化开展分析和探讨工作,总结校园亚文化的不良影响,并有针对性地提出校园亚文化构建策略,以期能为高职院校校园文化的发展有所帮助。
