目的:探讨超声聚焦技术治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及护理特点。方法:收集2005年~2010年364例在门诊使用高强度超声聚焦治疗的变应性鼻炎的临床资料,归纳分析其临床特点、疗效及护理体会。结果:大部分患者为长期经药物治疗效果不佳者,HIFU刀治疗后,随访一年,患者鼻塞、流涕症状明显改善,喷嚏、鼻痒好转,无鼻腔粘连、嗅觉减退等并发症发生。结论:高强度超声聚焦治疗变应性鼻炎,疗效好、副作用少。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and nursing characteristics of ultrasonic focusing on allergic rhinitis. Methods: The clinical data of 364 cases of allergic rhinitis treated by intensive ultrasound in clinic from 2005 to 2010 were collected, and their clinical characteristics, curative effect and nursing experience were summarized. Results: The majority of patients were long-term drug treatment ineffective, HIFU knife treatment, followed up for one year, patients with nasal congestion, runny nose symptoms improved significantly, sneezing, nasal itching improved, no nasal adhesions, olfactory dysfunction and other complications. Conclusion: High intensity ultrasound focused on allergic rhinitis has good curative effect and few side effects.
