中国面对越来越大的电力短缺与环境保护压力,开发利用绿色电力是中国电力可持续发展战略的基本选择。介绍了中国绿色电力的发展现状、目前的国家支持政策、中国未来绿色电力的发展规划,并分析了电力市场改革现状与未来改革目标模式,研究了新电力市场环境下,绿色电力面临的机遇与挑战,提出了中国电力改革与绿色电力协调发展的策略,以促进中国电力工业的可持续发展。
In the face of increasing pressure from electricity shortage and environmental protection, developing and utilizing green electricity is a basic choice for China’s sustainable development strategy. The current situation of green power development in China, current state support policies and the future development plan of green power in China are introduced. The current situation of power market reform and the target mode of future reform are also analyzed. The opportunities for green power in the new power market environment are discussed. Challenge, proposed the coordinated development of China’s power reform and green power strategy to promote the sustainable development of China’s power industry.
