我公司在研究钻头轴承寿命的过程中，发现浮动环（如图1）在提高轴承寿命方面具有一定的潜力。在其相关试验中，浮动轴承中关键零件浮动环，是薄壁轴套类零件，技术要求高，加工存在一定困难。早期，采用端面定位的加工方法，所生产的零件经测量，主要存在以下两方面的问题：
