目的:了解2007~2011年大连市细菌性食物中毒的病原菌种类,为预防细菌性食物中毒提供参考依据。方法:对大连市2007~2011年疑似细菌性食物中毒实验室检测样品进行病原菌分离和鉴定。结果:2007~2011年细菌性食物中毒检出率为27.2%,病原菌为副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、致泻性大肠埃希菌和变形杆菌,第三季度高发,8月份达高峰,多数发生在餐饮服务单位。结论:大连市应加强食品卫生安全监管和宣传教育,降低细菌性食物中毒的发生。
Objective: To understand the kinds of pathogenic bacteria of bacterial food poisoning in Dalian from 2007 to 2011, and provide references for prevention of bacterial food poisoning. Methods: Pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified from laboratory samples of suspected bacterial food poisoning in Dalian from 2007 to 2011. Results: The detection rate of bacterial food poisoning was 27.2% in 2007-2011. The pathogens were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, diarrheal Escherichia coli and Proteus, with high incidence in the third quarter and peak in August Most occurred in catering service units. Conclusion: Dalian should strengthen food hygiene and safety supervision and publicity and education to reduce the occurrence of bacterial food poisoning.
