研究了四周成形的零件在多工位模中的载体设计和多工位模制品成对冲压的出件方式,获得了满意的效果,对成形零件的多件冲压级进模设计有一定参考意义。介绍了电机前、后支架零件的级进模连续冲压的工艺设计、模具结构设计与制造要点。通过成对冲压和采取降低冲裁力的措施,充分挖掘设备潜力,零件的生产效率可提高两倍,同时省电一半,对节约能源,降低生产成本有重要意义。
The carrier design of four-week shaped part in multi-position die and the out-way of multi-position die-pairs are researched. The satisfactory results are obtained. It is of some reference significance to the design of multi-part progressive die of forming part . The process design of continuous progressive die stamping of front and rear support parts of the motor, the design and manufacture of die structure are introduced. Through pairs of stamping and take measures to reduce the blanking force, fully tap the potential of the equipment, parts production efficiency can be doubled, while saving half of the energy saving and reduce production costs are of great significance.
